STORY
The Discipline Diary was created by Dr Grace Bello as a tool to break bad habits and develop good ones! Change happens step by step and this diary allows you to monitor those steps. This diary also allows you to keep track of the excuses you are making for not achieving your goals. Reviewing these excuses can aid in improving your chances of reaching your goals the following week.

A survey was done on a group of individuals who had filled in their diary everyday for 2 weeks. 90% of these individuals reported an increase in their productivity and decrease in levels of procrastination. 80% were able to develop a morning routine and stick to it by the end of the 2 weeks.
